बुकिंग के नियम एवं शर्तें

मानक चेक-इन समय सुबह 11 बजे, उपलब्धता के आधार पर जल्दी चेक-इन करें। आपका सहयोग सराहनीय रहेगा. परिवहन यात्रा कार्यक्रम के अनुसार प्रदान किया जाएगा और निपटान में नहीं होगा (पहाड़ियों पर एसी काम नहीं करेगा)। पैकेज दरें पूर्व सूचना के बिना परिवर्तन के अधीन हैं, अप्रत्याशित घटनाएँ, हड़ताल, मेले, त्यौहार, मौसम की स्थिति, यातायात की समस्याएँ, होटल / उड़ानों की ओवरबुकिंग, उड़ानों को रद्द करना / फिर से रूट करना, यात्रा के स्थान पर बंद करना / प्रवेश प्रतिबंध आदि। हालाँकि हम उपयुक्त वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था करने की पूरी कोशिश करेंगे, लेकिन इससे उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी रिफंड/मुआवजे के दावे के लिए हमें उत्तरदायी नहीं ठहराया जाएगा। भुगतान स्वीकार होने के बाद भी बिना कोई कारण बताए बुकिंग रद्द कर दें। ऐसे में कंपनी गेस्ट को पैसे वापस कर देगी। दुर्व्यवहार के लिए किसी भी अतिथि को दौरे से बर्खास्त कर दें, खासकर अगर यह समूह को प्रभावित करता हो और टूर मैनेजर पर बिना किसी रिफंड के शारीरिक या मौखिक हमला किया जाए। अपरिहार्य परिस्थितियों के कारण होटल एवं/भ्रमण कार्यक्रम बदलें।

एक बार बुक किए गए पंजीकरण को रद्द, स्थानांतरित या विनिमय नहीं किया जा सकता है। वाहन खराब होने पर यात्रियों को मरम्मत के लिए इंतजार करना पड़ता है। यात्रा के दौरान किसी भी दुर्घटना, चोरी, हानि, चोट, प्रतिबंधित दवाएं ले जाने जैसी गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों के लिए यात्री पूरी तरह से जिम्मेदार हैं।

• Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services specified herein.
• Any services not specifically requested, confirmed, and mentioned on the vouchers will not be provided.
• All additional charges must be paid directly to the hotels or service providers.
• Any service unused is non-refundable.
• The company shall not be liable for any damages or charges incurred by travelers under the following circumstances.
• Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during
• peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.
• The company shall not be liable for any damages or charges incurred by travelers under the following circumstances:
  • Natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or alterations/cancellations of the tour itinerary due to such causes.
  • Accidents during transportation or accommodation, or damage caused by fire.
  • Orders from the Indian government or immigration regulations, isolation due to infectious diseases, and tour itinerary alterations or cancellations resulting from such causes.
  • Accidents occurring during the traveler’s free time or independent activities.
  • Food poisening.
  • Theft.
