Booking Terms & Condition

Standard check in time 11 AM so early check in subject to availability. Your cooperation will be appreciable. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal( AC will not work on hills ). Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this. Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest. Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager without any refunds. Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances.

Registration once booked cannot be cancelled , transferred and exchanged. Travellers have to wait for repair if in case breakdown the vehicle. Travellers are sole responsible for any mishappening, theft, loss, injuries, illegal activities such as carry banned drugs, unlawful activities during the tour.

Terms & Conditions For Group Tours

• Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services specified herein.
• Any services not specifically requested, confirmed, and mentioned on the vouchers will not be provided.
• All additional charges must be paid directly to the hotels or service providers.
• Any service unused is non-refundable.
• The company shall not be liable for any damages or charges incurred by travelers under the following circumstances.
• Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during
• peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.
• The company shall not be liable for any damages or charges incurred by travelers under the following circumstances:
  • Natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or alterations/cancellations of the tour itinerary due to such causes.
  • Accidents during transportation or accommodation, or damage caused by fire.
  • Orders from the Indian government or immigration regulations, isolation due to infectious diseases, and tour itinerary alterations or cancellations resulting from such causes.
  • Accidents occurring during the traveler’s free time or independent activities.
  • Food poisening.
  • Theft.
